Kenpo Karate Self-Defense

Die Fakten
Kenpo Karate Self-Defense is not designed for competition, but rather for the defense of ordinary citizens on the street, as self-defense.
Kenpo Self-Defense is the most efficient form of martial arts you can learn. Whether it's a quick defense with effective counter-techniques or in combination with joint locks for more defensive control.
Natural reflexes, circular movements, and logic make Kenpo Self-Defense applicable even for the “average citizen.”
In a family atmosphere,

A look at the training
The Team
We are an association that operates mainly in Berlin and Brandenburg. To this day, we have recognized masters and teachers from the American Kenpo Karate Association with many years of experience who guarantee a solid education.
All of them have earned their degrees through hard work and direct instruction from their teachers. The head instructor in Berlin has been practicing martial arts for almost 50 years, and our trainers only teach with a valid trainer license, which must be renewed annually through regular practical and theoretical training.
